This is a highly specific workflow. The inspection reports require detailed technical data. The Robust Details certificate generation process involves precise formatting and submission requirements. No standard CRM or ERP handles it properly.
Beyond the compliance workflow, Cellecta also needed to manage their HR administration, CPD events for the construction sector and a QR-based merchandising system for their product range.
